Fennox Lane works to keep product listings and pricing accurate. We make no guarantee of availability or price accuracy, and the catalogue is an index of what we supply rather than a live stock feed.

• Pricing is subject to change at any time. Where a pricing error occurs, Fennox Lane may cancel the affected order and will notify you promptly.
• All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes, which are shown on the quote.
• Fennox Lane reserves the right to limit order quantities and to refuse service at its discretion.

Quotes issued by Fennox Lane are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise in writing. After that period, quoted pricing and availability are subject to change and the quote must be reconfirmed before an order is placed. A quote is not a binding contract and does not guarantee availability until an order is formally accepted and confirmed by Fennox Lane.

Fennox Lane sells by quotation rather than through an online checkout. You request a quote, we confirm pricing, availability and lead time in writing, and an order is placed against that quote. By placing an order you confirm that you are legally authorised to make the purchase and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Fennox Lane may accept or decline any order for any reason, and an order is not final until you receive an order confirmation from us.

Full payment is required before orders are processed and shipped, using the method set out on your quote. Card payments are handled by PCI-compliant payment processors; Fennox Lane never sees or stores full card numbers.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, layout and software — is the property of Daily Mann LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
